An 8-week course in mindfulness, an approach that can help deal with stress, anxiety, bad habits, focus, relationships and creativity.

The 8-week course is a great opportunity to learn a range of techniques under the guidance of an experienced mindfulness teacher.

Sessions will take place in the studio at the Islington Arts Factory from Saturday 28th January from 4.15 - 5.15.

This course will be free for Islington residents.
