Make like Matisse

You will need

- Coloured paper or card

-Pencil

Scissors

Glue

Step 1:

Look online at Matisse’s cut outs. What do you like about them?

Step 2:

Using Matisse’s work as an inspiration, draw some shapes onto coloured paper (circles, squares, swirls, leaves)

Step 3:

Cut out your shapes

Step 4:

Arrange the shapes on a piece of paper

You can use different colours and get super experimental. Don’t forget to send us photos of your Matisse inspired masterpieces!
